Never has ‘community’ held more power. As our world seems ever more fragile, and on the back of the pandemic, rise in technology, and growing distrust in organisations, the demand for real connections is at an all-time high.

And so, we’re holding PR to its promise and focussing on building authentic relationships with our clients’ publics. By doing this we are creating bonds, strengthening loyalty and enhancing reputations. All of which leads to success – whether that’s financial value, supporting social impact or fuelling growth – we’re reaping rewards for our clients through compelling community PR.

We're accomplished in using a range of tactical deliverables to achieve that success – including strategic communications, issues management, media relations, event planning, social media and content creation.

Sam Kandiyali

A PR graduate, former journalist, local government press officer, and leader of an award-winning PR agency, Sam has more than 27 years’ experience in communications, working for a range of organisations.

Her previous clients include leading household brands such as Specsavers, Lanes Health and Vets4pets, alongside innovative manufacturers, residential developers, governing sports bodies and local charities too.

She joined the DevComms Group in 2025 to extend the agency’s PR portfolio and heads up the DevComms PR business.

Sam graduated with an MBA in Leadership in 2021, with a project focussed on the link between PR and purpose – where she developed a conceptual model to help organisations become purpose-led / better businesses. This experience further supports her role in offering strategic counsel to Boards and management teams and she is a regular speaker and guest lecturer.
