Steve Price brings over 18 years of experience in planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement to his role as Head of East at DevComms. Previously, Steve was Regional Director (Planning) at Countryside Properties (now part of Vistry Group), where he led major residential-led, mixed-use developments, including the Kingsmere project in Bicester, Oxfordshire, delivering over 2,400 homes.
He also has 15+ years of experience in local government and planning consultancy, with a track record of managing large-scale developments such as the London Gateway Port. Steve has long-standing experience in stakeholder engagement and has built strong relationships with local communities, partners, and councillors, driving successful outcomes across the East and South-East of England.
