George IV - Cambridge

The George IV site occupies a prominent location on Hills Road in the centre of Cambridge, and includes a listed building that needs to be handled sensitively.

Comprehensive public consultation and engagement, including in-person meetings and public consultation events. Public art will be an important part of this project, helping create a sense of place and reflect the local area’s character. We will develop a dedicated programme working with local schools, colleges and youth organisations, giving young people a meaningful role in shaping the proposals.

The project is ongoing. Good quality engagement has been undertaken to date, and the project continues to move forwards in collaboration with the local community and key stakeholders.
