Jason is an Associate Director at DevComms and was previously the Leader of Reading Council from 2019 to 2024, where he drove the unitary authority's transformation into one of the most robust in the country while investing in new council housing, leisure and cultural facilities, and urban regeneration. He brings extensive experience in local government and political engagement. He has worked in public affairs and political communications since leaving frontline politics, working with both developers and councils.
