The challenge
DevComms has supported Dandara to bring forward development on the Towerlands site to the west of Braintree, which was allocated for development through the Braintree Local Plan.
Our approach
DevComms undertook engagement with leading and local members at Braintree District Council, as well as full public consultation with residents in western Braintree and the village of Panfield.
The outcome
Dandara successfully achieved permission for Reserved Matters applications and delivered new homes on an important site within Braintree.
DevComms also helped Dandara to enhance relationships and reputation in Braintree.
