Masterplan Framework for c. 750 homes
The challenge
Taylor Wimpey needed a political and community engagement strategy for a Masterplan Framework Document on an allocated site for circa 750 homes. Engagement was required with political and statutory consultees, NHS providers, local planning pressure groups, officers and local representatives.
Our approach
In-person workshops were held for political and statutory consultees. Local resident engagement was delivered via live webinars using specialist software to secure real-time feedback, allowing attendees to see all responses and creating a fully interactive experience.
The outcome
The interactive webinar format delivered genuine two-way engagement, with participants seeing live polling results and feeding directly into the Masterplan Framework. The approach was praised for its transparency.
