East Lancaster Strategic Urban Extension - Persimmon

Strategic site in East Lancaster delivering circa 1,000 homes alongside an extensive country park, sports provision and significant landscaping. The site includes existing woodlands, wetlands and other habitats needing protection and enhancement, with stakeholders ranging from parish to parliamentary level.

Two phases of political and community engagement, including bespoke workshops to shape the future country park and canalside open spaces. We worked closely with hard-to-reach groups, neighbouring community projects and political stakeholders at every level to build support for the proposals.

The project is ongoing. Engagement to date has directly shaped proposals for the country park and open spaces, and we continue to provide communications support as the scheme moves forwards.
