The challenge
Muse entered into a joint venture with West Sussex County Council to regenerate an 18.6-acre brownfield site in Horsham. With the landowner being a public body and multiple tiers of local government having an interest, the engagement strategy had to satisfy several institutional stakeholders simultaneously.
Our approach
DevComms agreed a comprehensive consultation and engagement strategy with both WSCC and Muse, then worked closely with all relevant political stakeholders including Horsham District Council, WSCC and North Horsham Parish Council.
The outcome
