The challenge
Brent Cross Town is the most significant and ambitious regeneration programme ever undertaken in the London Borough of Barnet, and one of the largest in Europe, with community wellbeing, sport and play, and a net zero carbon future at its heart.
Delivered by Related Argent and Barnet Council, a scheme of this scale and duration requires sustained political, media and community engagement across multiple phases, with messaging that stays aligned with the council's priorities throughout.
Our approach
DevComms has been working with Related Argent across the Brent Cross Town programme, delivering a full programme of engagement including in-person events, project websites and a feedback portal, coordinated social media campaigns, and a regular stream of updates through Barnet Council publications.
We work closely with the council's communications team, meeting regularly to keep engagement aligned with its priorities.
The outcome
